(BannerWeb)<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you graduate or leave the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ you will lose access to the My ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once this happens you can log into <a href=\"https:\/\/banprdssb01.citadel.edu\/PROD\/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BannerWeb<\/a> with your CWID and Pin to access tax documents and pay bills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you need your pin reset, please contact the Help Center at 843-953-HELP<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong> Why don&#8217;t all usernames begin with first name or last name? <\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For various reasons, not all usernames are generated the same way. The format for username may begin with the first or last name or your initials followed by numbers. The username must be a unique identifier to ensure information for each person is secure. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong> Why do I need to know my Campus Wide ID or CWID? <\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Development is underway to integrate many ancillary systems with our new Enterprise Information System. The campus wide ID is a unique, numeric identifier that is being used by various systems to bridge your information from one system to another. Some systems require you to input your CWID (sometimes called &#8216;see-wid&#8217;) number. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong> I have to remember my passwords&#8230;how can I manage this well? <\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Establish a strong 12 character password using the password guidelines recommended for the My ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Portal. It requires passwords to have strict parameters to help you select a safe password. If you modify your other passwords to match it, you&#8217;ll have fewer to remember. Do not store passwords in places that are easy for others to find.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always remember to logout completely and shut-down computers you use in public areas such as computer labs on campus before you leave the room to protect your personal information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are leaving the vicinity of your computer while it is logged in at your desk, you can press the Windows key simultaneously with the letter &#8220;L&#8221; to quickly lock it temporarily; then enter your My ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Portal credentials when you return to unlock it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>How long do I keep my ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email account after leaving?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email accounts are provided to Faculty, Staff, and Students from the start of employment or enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faculty with emeritus status<\/strong>: will retain access to their email account indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faculty and staff<\/strong> <strong>who separate<\/strong>: will lose email access on the date of separation from ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Students who separate<\/strong>: from ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ (e.g., withdrawal or dismissal) will lose access to their email account on the date of separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Graduate students<\/strong>: will lose access after two consecutive semesters of non-enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Graduates<\/strong>: will retain access to their ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ email account for 365 days after the official graduation date.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accounts and Passwords FAQ<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":27,"featured_media":11,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-64","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
